UK Customers

14-Day Cancellation Period (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the items, giving you up to 28 days in total.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a refund, the items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unmarked and undamaged
  • In their original condition (suitable for resale)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in visibly used or damaged condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Refund Amount

Once items are received and inspected, we will refund:

  • The full purchase price of the returned items
  • The original standard delivery cost (as required by UK law)

Upgraded shipping options (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

International Customers (EU / US / Rest of World)

International customers may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We cannot refund any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable for international orders (unless the item arrived faulty)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition
  • Items returned without notifying us first
